At Jaya, LLC we realize that not all vendors are equal. For example, we have some clients who have been in business for a very long time. These clients have established customerbase and they know exactly what they want. They come to us, give us their specifications, tell us where to release the goods in India and thats it! Our job is to simply be their manufacturing partner. We like these types of clients, because their expectations are clear and with such clear expectations we know the boundaries within which we can operate. Its a great situation for us.

On the other hand, we also have clients who are relatively new to business. These clients may not have the expertize of the “established” clients and need to be guided through the process of garment manufacturing and shipping. Most of all, these clients often need to be guided on branding aspects of garments business. We love these kinds of clients, because these clients give us the opportunity to get involved with thier brand and businessess way before the business even exists. We help these clients set up specifications, select fabric types, develop branding, help select right modes of shipping etc etc. In other words, we help them set up their business! We love these clients because it is great deal of fun to be working with people who are motivated enough to be doing something new. And to these people, despite the small sizes of thier orders, we give a lot of support.

Case study 1:

A client had been purchasing Uniform shirts locally for almost a decade and wanted to graduate to buying in the East to maximize profits. Client came to us fairly certain of what they wished to purchase (based on the merchandise they were carrying at the time). Jaya, LLC worked with the client to improve upon the merchandise several folds through selection of better materials, better manufacturing techniques and improved quality control while saving them money. However we did not stop at that. Since the client was now getting goods manufactured for themselves, we encouraged them to start building a brand around their product. We helped them with selection of the right logo, colors and developed branding materials to match their new logo. Together with us, the client has come up with ways of marketing the brand within Europe. We are gratified to tell you that this client has just recently placed a large order with us again! Not only is it gratifying to see the efforts pay off, but also to see the clients dream come true.

Case study 2:

A couple of young gentlemen came to us with an idea - they wanted to sell customized shirts in Europe. Manufacturing customized shirts is quite an endeavor because each shirt has to be manufactured individually with a great deal of care. To satisfy their needs, Jaya, LLC set up a Customized Garments Solutions Group and built a business plan around this market. Today we have an established capacity to make upto 500 customized shirts/trousers per month. We assisted this client in fabric selection, selection of the accessories, ran a few trial runs and shipped them the merchandise to ensure that the logistics of these operations would run smoothly. The client is in the process of launching their customized shirts brand in Europe.
