Jaya, LLC has a manufacturing expertise in men’s and woman’s garments. Our plant is located in Ahmedabad, India. Ahmedabad is well connected by land and air to most major cities in India, North America and Europe. We source our fabrics locally in Ahmedabad due to the proximity to world class fabrics manufacturing. Through our sister company JD Corp, Jaya engages in traditional garment manufacturing, and in manufacturing Custom garments for select clients.

Traditional Manufacturing

Our business model operates on our ability to manufacture and supply garments for our regular customers. This function is served mainly at our Ahmedabad India facility. We have capabilities to manufacture shirts, trousers, jeans, ties, skirts, pullovers etc. We have established strategic partnerships with several companies in India with the intent of supplying garments that are not produced within our facility.

Jaya, LLC has established capacity to manufacture 35,000 garments per month with ability to expand upto 50,000 garments per month. Our top class machinery includes:

  • Based in Ahmedabad, India, we are situated in the heart of the Indian cotton garment production center. Ahmedabad is only a few hundred miles away from Mumbai (Bombay) a major port city, and is well connected by air and land with major capitals of the world. Ahmedabad has a direct flight to many cities in US, Europe and Asia. Ahmedabad boasts a well educated, well trained work force, a world class design institute, and ready availability of raw materials from major textile mills such as Arvind Mills, Ashima Mills.
